Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone, postal code, project type, message (and technical information required for form security).
- Browsing: visited pages and events (e.g. phone/email clicks). Measurement is active on the first visit and then follows your cookie preferences.
- Measurement/advertising: analytics and conversion data (Google Analytics / Google Ads), active by default until you reject or customize it.
- Call tracking: we may use a call tracking service (dynamic number) to measure campaign effectiveness.

- Respond to your requests and provide a quote.
- Improve the website (analytics) based on your consent.
- Measure conversions and ad performance based on your consent.
- Protect the website against abuse and spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).

Cookies and consent management
During the temporary website test, the first-party cookie es_sitewide_cro_2026_07 stores the version shown (control or new version) and assignment source for up to 90 days, so the experience stays consistent on the same domain. It contains no unique identifier, contact details, advertising click identifier, or form data. It is site-scoped, with SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. Analytics and advertising measurement tools are active by default on the first visit; you can accept, reject, or customize them immediately through the banner, then change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” button in the footer. These choices do not change the assignment cookie. If the test is stopped, the server setting makes that cookie inert immediately, after which it is deleted or expires no later than the end of its lifetime.
Processors and third-party services
Depending on your use of the website, we may use:
- Resend (form notifications) and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam).
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Consent Mode), active by default until you change your preferences.
- Microsoft Clarity (audience measurement), active by default until analytics measurement is rejected.
- Nimbata (call tracking / dynamic number), active by default until advertising measurement is rejected.
- Cloudflare (hosting/CDN) for performance and security.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are governed by mechanisms provided by GDPR.
Retention periods
- Contact data: for the time needed to handle your request, then kept up to 24 months (unless legal obligations require otherwise).
- Analytics/advertising data: depending on your consent and tool settings (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Website-test assignment cookie: up to 90 days; inert as soon as the test is stopped, then deleted or left to expire.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA).
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is infallible, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
